WHAT is going on?
Percontee & Rock Hill Sand and Gravel want to mine for sand and gravel in front, behind & beside Malcolm Elementary School on Poplar Hill Road.
WHEN: A Public Hearing was held on October 28th. The Malcolm Community turnout was amazing and the speakers were great. Stay tuned for the next hearing date.
